Food Drive
Starting this week and throughout the month of November, we are holding a food drive! We love helping our community and this month we want to help those less fortunate to have a better holiday season.
We will donate all non-perishable food donations and monetary donations to our Cache Community Food Pantry.
The mission statement of the Food Pantry is “The Cache Community Food Pantry is a community partnership, and our goal is to ensure that no individual in Cache County goes to bed hungry. We are responsible stewards of all donations. We strive to treat our clients with respect and dignity, and know that to need help feeding one’s family, is a difficult situation. We believe in emergency assistance today for self-sufficiency tomorrow.”
We at Aspen Dental will be matching all donations! We have a donation box in our reception area and would love to see how many times we can fill it!!!
At this time of year, the Food Pantry is in special need of those things to make Thanksgiving Dinner and to do holiday baking. Such as Pumpkin pie filling, corn, stuffing mix, gravy mix, cranberry sauce, green beans, olives, pickles, other types of pie filling, pie crust mix, baking cocoa, Shredded coconut, chocolate chips, corn syrup, brown sugar, sugar, flour, cooking oil, marshmallows, canned or candied yams, etc. And they can always use non-food items like diapers, baby stuff – wipes etc., paper towels, feminine hygiene products etc.
